The aim of the Museum is to preserve and present the history and heritage of the Royal Navy Police and Regulating Branch, and to provide an accurate account of the role of Policing and Regulating in the Royal Navy throughout the years leading up to the current day. This will be achieved by displaying photographic material, artefacts and paraphenalia associated with the Royal Navy Police and Regulating Branch. |

Service No D/M 40029 Born in London on 8 February 1907, Bernard Charles Lilley joined the Royal Navy on 30 May 1923 as a Boy 2nd Class onboard Impregnable. He subsequently served onboard Valiant (1924-26), Clematis (1927-29), Norfolk (1932-35), and Caledon (1935-36) where he was rated Acting Petty Officer. |
